PhantomDev provides anonymous coding assistance services including but not limited to bug fixing, code review, API integration, database optimization, deployment help, and technical consultation.

Our services are provided on a project basis or through consultation sessions. We maintain complete anonymity for clients who choose not to provide identifying information.

Payment Schedule: Payment is required upfront for most services. Enterprise clients may arrange monthly billing.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice for new projects.

Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised within 14 days of service completion.

Response Times: We strive to meet stated response times but they are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on project complexity.

Quality Assurance: All work is reviewed for quality before delivery. We guarantee that our solutions will address the stated problem.

Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the original price. Major changes may require additional payment.

Communication: We'll keep you updated on progress and may request clarification or additional information as needed.

Your Code: You retain all rights to your original code and intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your projects.

Our Solutions: Code solutions we provide become your property upon payment. You may use, modify, and distribute them as needed.

Confidentiality: We treat all client code and project information as confidential and will not share it with third parties.

Open Source: If your project uses open source components, you're responsible for compliance with relevant licenses.

Service Availability: While we strive for 24/7 availability, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may have planned maintenance windows.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect damages or business losses.

Code Warranty: We warrant that our code will function as described, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all systems or future software updates.

Security: While we follow security best practices, you're responsible for implementing appropriate security measures in your production environment.

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or projects that violate applicable laws
• Creating malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Circumventing security measures or accessing unauthorized systems
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Spamming, phishing, or other abusive practices
• Academic dishonesty or cheating on assignments/exams

We reserve the right to refuse service for any project we deem inappropriate.

By You: You may cancel a project at any time. Refunds will be prorated based on work completed.

By Us: We may terminate service immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Data Deletion: Upon termination, we'll delete your project data within 30 days unless you request otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email (if provided) or through our website.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your use of our services.
